The owner, Trish Beals has spent her entire career around construction, inspection, and real estate—but her passion for homes started much earlier. Growing up she worked with her family on repairs and maintenance for local rental properties, learning firsthand how important it is to take care of the place you call home.

Her formal education is in geology and engineering, providing a strong technical foundation that enhances her expertise in evaluating structures and construction practices. Since then, she’s built an impressive career in the construction industry, serving as a Special Inspector, Construction Inspector, and Quality Control Manager on large-scale projects, and later managing multi-million-dollar highway construction projects. She’s also worked as a Transportation Specialist, leading public outreach and training agencies across the state.

Now, she’s bringing all that knowledge and experience back to where her heart is—helping people with their homes right here in Arizona. As the proud owner of a woman-owned local business, her focus is on providing clear, honest, and detailed inspections, while also taking the time to educate clients so they truly understand their investment.
